Drew Carter is a senior Broadcast and Digital Journalism major in the Newhouse School. He dreams of becoming a professional sportscaster — whether it’s as a play-by-play announcer, television studio host, sideline reporter, radio show anchor, or in some other on-air position, Drew just knows he wants to talk about sports for a living. He was an analyst on ‘Cuse Countdown as a freshman, and has continued to fill that role throughout his years at Citrus. Drew also works at Syracuse University’s on-campus radio stations, WAER and Z89, and writes for Orange Fizz, a site that covers SU athletics. After living in Minnesota for most of his childhood, Drew is a perennially-heartbroken fan of the Timberwolves, Vikings, Twins, and Wild.
