Pumpkin Alfredo Pasta | College Eats

Recipe for Pumpkin Alfredo Pasta:
Boil water and season with salt
In a skillet over medium heat sauté 1 chopped onion and 2 garlic cloves (about 1 min)
Add a 15 oz. can of pumpkin puree
Add ¼ cup dry white wine
Season with 1 tsp. Salt
Season with ½ tsp. Black pepper
Simmer for 5 min
Stir in ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Stir in 2 tbsp. butter (cut into slices)
Stir until melted and creamy
Stir in 1 cup sour cream
Stir in 1 lb. pasta
