Slice the top off a challah roll. Scoop out the inside making sure that there are no holes in the bottom.
Put shredded cheese at the base, followed by some chopped chives (or any other seasoning). Crack an egg on top and add more chives.
Wrap the bowl in aluminum foil. Put it into a 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes.
Chop bacon into tabs. Put them on top of the breakfast bowl once it’s done in the oven.
