Eggplant Parm
Some delicious traditional Eggplant Parm!
1 eggplant
¼ cup of flour
1 egg
Panko (breadcrumbs)
Seasonings (salt, pepper, Italian)
Mozzarella
Red sauce
Cut the eggplant into rounds. Dip eggplant in flour, egg, and then breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet. Add sauce and mozzarella on top. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
