Irish Soda Bread

½ stick butter
¼ c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
3 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 c. chocolate chips (or raisins)

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and sour cream. In a separate bowl; mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add dry mixture to butter mixture gradually. Add chocolate chips. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes, then at 350F for 40 minutes.
