Poutine

A few potatoes
Beef gravy (better if homemade)
Cheese curds

Cut potatoes into wedges or fries. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper (and other seasonings). Place on pan and bake at 420F (blaze it) for 25 minutes. Immediately toss with gravy and cheese curds.
