Small Restaurant Recieves COVID Relief Grant

Small businesses and organizations in the Syracuse area are recieving COVID-19 relief grants. Some local restaurants near campus are getting a boost. CitrusTV Reporter Peyton Spellacy tells us how Phoebe’s is keeping their doors open.
