SU Students Celebrate the Second Night of Hannukah

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The 2nd night of Hanukah is upon us. Hanukah is celebration when the Maccabees regained control of the temple in Jerusalem.
Chabad held a menorah lighting Monday night in Walnut Park. This is just one of the many events happenings on campus this week for students celebrating Hanukah.
Chabad will also be giving out menorahs by delivery or pickup to any Jewish student on campus by texting Menorah to (315) 877-8829.
Hillel will also be offering ways for Syracuse students to celebrate the holidays throughout the 8 nights of the holiday. They will have nighty menorah lightings at Hillel and other Hanukah events such as Hanukah party and a Hanukah movie.
