Syracuse Police Chief: Shoving of News Photographer “Reasonable and Necessary”

The Chief of the Syracuse Police Department released the results Friday of an investigation into the actions of an officer who shoved a Syracuse.com photographer during a protest, knocking him to the ground. Chief Kenton Bucker says the officer’s use of force was “reasonable and necessary.”
