The Syracuse Crunch Put Down The Rochester Americans 5-1

Both the Syracuse Crunch and the Rochester Americans came here tonight off of a loss but only one of them could receive redemption. After a 1-3 score last night against the Utica Comets, the Crunch came back, beating the Americans 5-1 tonight.

“The whole team is clicking the last 10 games, and it’s really fun and I mean the crowd here tonight was unbelievable…”

“Since I’ve been here the last 20 games it’s almost so or die game every game so we can go as up as the second place in the next couple of weeks so it’s just staying in the moment and get as much as we can and hopefully it’s gonna click for us to get in the playoff”

“I mean it’s just getting better defensively, coaches are trusting me on the pk and the offensive line so it’s nice for me but be more efficient in my zone, try to be better overall and just keep going that way with my line and whoever I play with the next couple of games.”

Anthony Richard put in one of the most exciting goals of the game and newly acquired player Riley Nash and forward Charles Hudon led Syracuse with 2 goals out of the 5…the Crunch take on the Utica Comets next on April 1st at the Adirondack Bank Center… reporting from Upstate Medical Arena, Teagan Brown CitrusTV
