Slated to perform as the headliner of University Union’s Juice Jam 2016 concert, Fetty Wap cancelled his scheduled performance. UU made the announcement to disappointed concertgoers Sunday afternoon at Skytop Field.

University Union released the following statement on Sunday:

“Due to unforeseen travel delays today, Fetty Wap was unable to arrive at our venue at the agreed time. Unfortunately, we could not push back his performance time. We understand and share your frustration.

Thank you so much for coming out and supporting Juice Jam. Even though we had to end the show early, we had a great time putting on this event for you. We hope you enjoyed the other artists and activities.”

A similar cancellation occurred at SUNY Brockport in April of 2016. Fetty posted a video apology after the show. The artist’s Twitter page has not been updated since September 18th and he has not yet made any comment about this most recent cancellation.

A PR representative for University Union would neither confirm nor deny reports stating that students would not be receiving refunds.
